Leonardo The Poet, my lion mask, was hung in a significant place at the Sebastopol Center for the Arts Member Show, which is currently running. This will be his last show as he has was purchased right away by a private collector. Although I will miss him, I am excited that he will go to a good home. I believe his new friend is also a Leo.

You're not the only one who is going to miss Leo! He's been such a conversation piece for all of us and really, SO DARN exciting that he is sold! Don't we always have mixed emotions about sales??? So much of us goes into our creations: it's a tug-o-war. Made me tear-up when you titled this "Leonardo's Last Show"...
I am a huge fan of the big cats and love this, I also love your blog opening painting, awsome work.
My father-in-law was the private collector. He passed away Feb. 14, 2023. It was his wish that Leo go to my son. Leo now hangs proudly in our home along.
