Dark Tomato Paisley

Third scanned image, I wanted it dark to bring up the rich color of the tomatoes.

About Me

My photo
Susan J. Moore
Geyserville, California, United States
I am an artist in northern California. It's a beautiful place all year long. Everywhere I look, I'm inspired by my surroundings. I love to create art. Now that I have retired from my day-job, I can indulge my passion to paint. A wonderful thing I have discovered is that Sonoma County is running amok with artists. And they are the most amiable of folk. I sometimes paint with the Monday Morning Painters. Check out their website. There are few things I can think of that are more enjoyable than to go painting in a variety of gorgeous places with a dozen or so other painters, trudging around in the crisp morning dew with all our gear, and then settling into our individual artworks. After a few hours everyone gathers together to share what they did and give and receive helpful comments. It is a wonderful opportunity for growth and discovery and a few laughs. I also enjoy painting by myself, on my front porch. This is when I paint stuff that isn't landscapes. Lions, kids, birds and, of course, dogs. Or finishing up the paintings that I started with the groups. If anything catches your interest, please e-mail me at sjmart@comcast.net. My prices are reasonable.
