Chambered Nautilus

My first collage.  It's created from 27 pieces cut from old National Geographic magazine and chosen for their colors and patterns.  I had so much fun with this, I went on to do a barn owl and the lion that is my bannerhead for this blog.

Me and My Lion

This is a picture of my banner lion and me at a juried show.  He is a collage (paper mosaic) of about 70 pieces of pictures from old National Geographic magazines, with a bit of acrylic highlights  on his mane and chin.  He is a prizewinner, and my personal favorite.
